Talon "Papaw T" Edgar Davis

We rescued Talon when he was 1 year old from a really bad situation. He become our son as we only had at the time one daughter then later another.Your sisters say they will miss you greeting them when they come home from school the most. He was so happy to meet new people always licking and pawing them. He loved all his extended family as well. He was a big baby and loved to be a lap dog. He got spoiled with snacks all the time. Everytime his older sister had cheez-its she would share with him. His favorite snack was ice cream. He would drool staring at whoever had some. He loved playing chase with his sisters. His nickname grew as he did at first it was puppy T and as he got older it changed to papaw T. We gave him a middle name Edgar so his initials were TED. There's so much to say but yet not enough words to say it. After almost 13 years with us it's unreal to believe your gone. It's the little things that we notice your not here doing like standing in the kitchen when dinner is being made. The hardest thing for us has been you not greeting us when we come home at the door howling and jumping. We all were sure you were saying "I love you." It will never be the same without you. We all love and miss you so much and have so many stories we'll hold in our hearts forever. As I try thinking of a particular story to write about I find myself thinking of another better one. It's hard to pick just a few. We were so blessed to have had you in our family. Your sister Alice says "I will miss coming home from school and having him greet me at the door. It always sounded like he was saying "I love you." He always fell for the trick of telling him something was a treat and he'd try to bite it. He will be in my heart forever and miss him deeply." Your sister Amelia says " I will miss playing chase with him and feeding him dog biscuits." We all will miss you. You were our son and we love you forever. R.I.P. TALON EDGAR DAVIS
